Salary: £11,778 per annum (to be reviewed after probationary period)
Hours: 30 hours per week (on a shift basis)

Position Overview
We are seeking a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working toward your Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
The role involves supporting children's learning and care routines through structured and play-based activities in a safe, nurturing environment. You'll be part of a committed team, making a real difference in children's early development.
Key Responsibilities
Support children aged 0–5 in daily routines, including play, rest, meals, and hygiene.
Assist in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities that promote development across all EYFS areas.
Help with the preparation and tidying of learning spaces and activity resources.
Observe and record children’s development, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating nursery environment.
Support safeguarding practices and help ensure the welfare of every child in the setting.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with children, families, and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with the small nursery team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Must hold or be working toward a Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
A strong interest in early years development and education.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a small team and contribute to a community-based environment.
Understanding of child safeguarding (training provided).
Flexibility to work across different shifts within nursery hours.
Desirable
Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is helpful but not required.
Interest in securing a permanent full-time role after the apprenticeship.
