Your Role as an Apprentice
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting children’s development while learning from experienced early years professionals.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Assisting in the delivery of a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development
Engaging in creative activities such as storytelling, singing, messy play, and outdoor exploration
Helping children with daily care routines, including toileting, feeding, and dressing
Setting up and tidying resources and learning environments
Contributing to observations, assessments, and planning alongside your supervisor
Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive space where all children feel valued
Communicating with team members and parents/carers in a respectful, professional manner
Your Training & Support
Your apprenticeship will be delivered by Professional Training Solutions, offering:
A fully funded Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
A structured, flexible training programme with a combination of in-person learning, online study, and workplace support
Functional Skills in English and Maths if not previously achieved
Ongoing guidance from a dedicated tutor and on-site mentor
Regular progress reviews to help you stay on track
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate individual who:
Enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact
Is a team player with good communication and listening skills
Has a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Is able to adapt to the needs of different children in a dynamic setting
Holds a Level 2 qualification in childcare (desirable but not required)
Is committed to completing the apprenticeship and becoming a qualified early years professional
