Salary: £11,778 per year (based on National Minimum Wage for apprentices)

About Sweet Cuddles Nursery
Located in a quiet residential part of West London, Sweet Cuddles is a small private nursery that offers care and education for children aged 0 to 5 years. The setting is known for:

Role Overview – What You’ll Do
As a Level 3 Apprentice, you will be an active member of the nursery team, working directly with children and contributing to their care, learning, and daily routines.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting children’s daily care needs, including nappy changing, toileting, dressing, and feeding
Helping to deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning, language, and social development
Encouraging play, exploration, and creativity through structured and free-flow sessions
Assisting with meal preparation, hygiene routines, and maintaining a safe and clean environment
Contributing to observations and developmental records under guidance from senior staff
Following nursery policies on safeguarding, behaviour management, and health & safety
Working as part of a small team to maintain consistency, calmness, and a nurturing approach
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a more intimate and family-focused childcare setting.
Your Training Journey
As part of this apprenticeship, you will receive:
A fully funded Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
A blended learning experience including workplace learning, online modules, and tutor support
Regular reviews and visits from a dedicated training advisor
Functional Skills in English and Maths if you have not already achieved Level 2
Guidance on completing your portfolio, assignments, and EPA (End-Point Assessment)
Your learning will align closely with your responsibilities at the nursery, allowing you to apply knowledge in real-time.
